OSCRE is associated with standards in which area?

This question tests knowledge of what OSCRE focuses on. OSCRE stands for Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate, and its purpose is to develop and promote standardized data definitions and exchange formats for real estate information. The goal is to make data about properties, leases, facilities, assets, and related processes interoperable across different software systems and organizations. That makes it a real estate data standards effort. It isn’t about building energy efficiency standards (those are things like LEED or energy performance certificates), nor is it about open data standards for real estate in a broader sense, nor transportation infrastructure standards.
